Howard Davis, Treasurer

Howard was born in Huntsville, Texas, and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He attended Louisiana State University, where he graduated with a degree in mathematics. He served five years in the United States Army during the 1970s. Howard later earned his MBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He spent 40 years working in the oil, gas, and chemical industries in Houston. Since 2012, Howard and his wife, Carolyn, have raised Akaushi-cross cattle at their 150-year-old historic ranch in western Walker County, Texas.
