Book Your Hotel Room
You can secure your rooms at the Texas A&M Hotel and Convention Center for a discounted rate of $169 (plus taxes + fees) per night. The discounted rate is available from June 17 through June 21. The room block and discounted price will close on Monday, May 18.
Shuttle from Houston (IAH) Airport to College Station
A shuttle will be available for you to book from Houston Airport (IAH) to College Station. The company is Ground Shuttle which daily transfer to and from IAH. To book, go online and select the date to see all available charters.
Third Annual Member Sale
Nominations for the 2026 Member Sale are open January 1-January 31. You’ll be notified by a member of the Sale Committee by February 13 if your nomination has been accepted.
